Old school Edge. (Or is it “Old school the Edge”? How would he feel about the article being left out?)
Their new album is expected in the US on March 3rd, apparently with the tag team of Eno, Lanois and Lillywhite at the helm, and the Rick Rubin tracks scrapped.
Considering they are one of the biggest bands on the planet, and are releasing only their third album in 12 years, there seems to be surprisingly little news on this in the press.
Can’t wait. Eno, Lanois, AND Lillywhite producing U2….it’ll be great as always. New single should be on the radio in the next week or two.
